Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa

We treated ourselves to a stay at Hyatt Regency and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was super spacious, clean and all around amazing. The facilities were next level , our 3 kids were super happy in the pools. We only stayed 5 nights so didn’t get to experience any of the activities. The beach is stunning, and water great. The lifeguards were a little too cautious but we understand they have a duty of care and don’t understand how competent Aussies are in the ocean. The food and beverage offerings were great quality and service amazing. Prices are high to eat at the resort but as we expected. I’d go back in a heartbeat to stay longer and try all the activities and really get into the relaxation. We took taxis and Grab bikes to get into town which was easy. There was a full supermarket less than 1km away which we walked to for supplies. Loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

Amazing location, super friendly staff, comfy beds, and fantastic facilities all around! Having breakfast included was the best decision — the variety was incredible, and the coffee was absolutely top-notch! Would definitely stay here again!

I had a delightful stay at the Hyatt Regency in Da Nang. The property is immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide range of delicious dishes to suit all tastes. The staff were warm and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only minor issue was the lack of a toilet shut-off, which might be a bit inconvenient for Muslim guests. Despite that, I would definitely recommend it and consider it almost a five-star experience.

The property is located at a beautiful beach and it is well maintained. We did love that there is such a big focus on families and kids and so many activities organized for them daily. The food in the kids menu is well balanced and delicious. We loved the grounds of the resort - big playground, kids pool and the list goes on.

We were put through a life-threatening situation at the hotel. The manager did her best to accommodate and make up for what happened. However, the hotel should be more diligent with the amenities offered in the room. All guests must be aware of any exposed wiring on irons and any other electrical appliances.
